Review Time
Ordered mid November expecting the order to arrive with plenty of time before Christmas. Spent £90 on personalised cheeseboards that have not arrived nor have I had any responses to my emails querying the status of my order. THIS IS EITHER A SCAM OR INCREDIBLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here. Will be reporting this as fraud so I can get my money back and hopefully prevent any others from the same experience.
What made me put 5 stars is an excellent service from a member of staff called Grace. I ordered 2 boards on the 20th November, asked for an update on the 28th November, got a prompt reply and was kept informed throughout. Grace is an asset to the company. Tips: ask and you will be answered. Also, good that they deliver with the Royal Mail - you can track your delivery.
Ordered 2 cheeseboards- one engraved - paid £79.95 on 20 November. Was hopeful when Royal Mail tracking reference said seller sending items to them. Nothing since then. Total scam. I've emailed twice- no response. I messaged through their contact page- no response. Google maid address dies not show the unit number. Used the tel number on google maps- it's a BT call minder number- not a business number. Have reported to my credit card company . An absolute disgrace
Only part of my order arrived, still waiting 10 days later for a resolution. I was told they can't find a tracking number for the missing parcel!! That means it was never sent, according to Royal Mail. But now SoWood are not replying to my emails asking for updates.
Ordered on 13 Nov still on route with no actual information as to where my delivery is or when it will be delivered. Customer service has replied promptly twice with polite response but still no delivery. Now I’m concerned it won’t arrive on time for Christmas presents. Not very happy
Reading these other reviews makes me think I’ve really drawn the short straw. I ordered the buy 3 deal. The first arrived quickly. I’m still waiting for the other two & this company does not answer emails or have a telephone number. Currently thinking I need to report them for fraud as right now they have my money and my order. One star is generous!!
