Do not buy anything from this company they are liars scammers and fraudulent. I purchased a pair of sneakers that have been in shipping process since January 30 no movement and they won’t refund me. They’re not answering my emails now they are a bunch of scammers fraudulent selling crap Better Business Bureau you need to do something about these crappy ass companies that are taking peoples money.
This site is completely fraudulent. The shoes are not authentic, and the customer service is terrible. It took over a month for my shoes to arrive, and when I tried to cancel my order, they sent a different pair that looked fake. I never got a response about returning them, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I got my money back, but they threatened legal action. Do not buy from this site!
I ordered a size 8.5 and received a shoe that was at least half a size smaller. When I reached out, they insisted it would fit, which it clearly did not. After emailing them multiple times to return the incorrect shoe, I got no response. I'm still trying to resolve this issue. Their customer service is non-existent and the products are subpar.
