I've never written reviews or anything. But i feel like its a must with the service i got from Giovanni. Every question and the refund process he helped me very much and fast. I have never gotten service like this before.

I’m very happy that I can finally buy my favorite brand online without having to travel to Italy. Customer service had been fast, friendly, and extremely helpful; from correcting a wrong size to handling a missing item with a quick refund. Great communication and excellent customer service overall!
Giovanni went out of his way to help us ensure that a suit that we liked in Rome was waiting for us in Naples. He was so attentive to our needs and travel plans. This was the best customer service we have ever experienced. Giovanni is a treasure!
Excellent service, have bought polo shirts in prrson and re-ordered online. Love the shirts, smart, comfortable and cool. Customer service when there was a delivery problem was outstanding (thank you Giovanni). Thoroughly recommend Spada!
Nice fit but terrible quality. Bought 2 shirts in a physical store in Siena in 05/2025. 1 month later they are falling apart. The shirts are thin and flimsy. Even worse, they are losing strings at the seams. Honestly, there are much, much better quality shirts in this price range (or even cheaper): TM Lewin, Charles Thyrwitt, Olymp, Marvelis...
