Why do I have to wait almost a month for my order? When I ordered, I was told it would take only a few days. Then I got an email indicating a wait of about a month. I'm really disappointed!

Unsatisfactory Delivery Experience

It feels misleading to advertise next-day delivery if orders placed before 10 are not fulfilled in time. It's already been three days without my order. It would be great if you could keep your promises and work with reliable delivery services, or just remove that enticing announcement.
