Very poor quality costumes; I'm skeptical about the "HD" claim. I paid over £90 for two separate costumes that seemed like a great deal. Upon arrival, it was clear these were not bargains but cheaply made items disguised as sales. The first costume, Sub-Zero from a popular game, came with many parts, but only the undershirt and jacket were acceptable. The second, Emet Selch from another game, felt very cheap, was extremely wrinkled, and had a sheen not shown in the images. Disappointing overall. TLDR: Beware of so-called discounts; the costumes are subpar, and only parts of one out of two were acceptable.
Awful company with poor quality costumes. I canceled an order shortly after placing it, but they shipped it anyway without acknowledging my cancellation email. Now, they’re offering only 10% back for a refund, despite their policy stating a full refund if canceled within 24 hours. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and the mask I received was oversized, fitting no one in my household. I would recommend looking elsewhere for costumes.
I ordered an item with a 24-hour processing promise, but over a week later, I hadn’t received any updates. After inquiring, I learned another item wasn’t included in the 24-hour processing. When I asked for a refund, the item was suddenly shipped. The shipping costs are exorbitant for a long delivery time, and the costumes are labeled as custom-made but are just standard sizes. Their refund policy is equally frustrating. It’s better to shop elsewhere.
