Llevo dos días intentando comunicarme con ellos, solamente recibo un saludo, y aunque deje todo el mensaje claro con mi inquietud nunca responden, actualmente tengo una solicitud de retiro en “pendiente”, aun no puedo decir que no paguen porque no se si la solicitud se va a efectuar, pero por el momento parece estafa, cuidado.
En caso de poder continuar mi retiro, cambiaré mi calificación .
I’ve been trying to contact them for two days. I only receive a greeting, and even though I clearly leave my full message with my concern, they never reply. I currently have a withdrawal request marked as “pending.” I still can’t say they won’t pay because I don’t know if the request will be processed, but for now it seems like a scam—be careful.
If I’m able to complete my withdrawal, I will change my rating.

Por favor corran de aquí!!!! Es la peor compañía q he experimentado jamás. Soporte es lo peor ya sea por el discord , por mensajes directos de la página o por email. Si dices algo te llaman hasta mentiroso en el discord un tal Matt. Los tickets no lo responden. Yo pasé un challange de 500k y sale todo negativo dentro de mi cuenta y en el Dashboard todo súper bien positivo como he trabajado: he pedido millones de veces por email que por favor me corrijan la cuenta porq no puedo ver la consistencia ni pedir retiro porq ahí está todo negativo no siendo este verdad. En el discord llueven las quejas y ellos las ignoran si logran leer algunas te dicen q las expliques porq ellos no leyeron para atrás. No se q más decir es lo peor !!!!!!’ La plataforma te la bloquean salen operaciones bien lejos de donde tú querías entrar. Dan asco. !!! Run away from here, please!!!! If you say anything, they even call you a liar on Discord—some guy named Matt. They don’t respond to tickets.I passed a $500K challenge, and inside my account everything shows negative, while on the dashboard everything appears very positive, reflecting how I actually traded. I have emailed them millions of times asking them to please correct my account because I can’t see my consistency or request a payout since everything shows negative there, which is not true.On Discord, complaints are everywhere and they ignore them. If they happen to read one, they tell you to explain it again because they didn’t bother reading the previous messages.I don’t know what else to say—this is the worst!!! They even block the platform, and trades execute far away from where you intended to enter. It’s disgusting.
No recomiendo esta compania.Compre una cuenta de fondeo y la pase, luego para ser el pago de la activacion de 75$ el sistema no me dejo de ninguna forma, intente todas las soluciones que me dijeron y nada. Luego un señor llamado Matt que es como un supervisor de la compania basicamente nos llamo a todos los que tenemos el problema "Mentiroso" porque dijo que solamente le estaba suciendo a 3 personas (el cual no es asi era muchisimas, la gran mayoria) de que no podia pagar.Otros se quejaban de que la data no funcionaba, de que no tenia los contratos para operar, muchimos problemas.En mi caso con relacion al pago tenia ya 4 dias y nada de poder pagar pero si eso es con un simple pago de activacion, no me imagino a la hora de hacer un retiro o algo como hubiese sido. Los de soporte del discord son muy incompetentes y no tienen una solucion clara al problema, reclame mi derecho de que si no podia dar una solucion para activar la cuenta me hicieran un reembolso y me banearon del discord.Simplemente por decirle la verdad en la cara de que la compania no servia me banearon.NO LES RECOMIENDA ESTA COMPANIA EN LO ABSOLUTO.***********************************************************************************************I purchased a funded account and passed the evaluation. If this is how they handle a simple activation payment, I can’t imagine how it would be when trying to make a withdrawal.The Discord support team is very incompetent and does not have a clear solution to the problem. I asked for my right to receive a refund if they could not provide a solution to activate the account, and they banned me from the Discord.Simply for telling them the truth — that the company was not good — they banned me.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Fake company that delay payout by all means of dashboard bug. Requset Rise Id and quickly changed the typo last week so I know the payout is a lie. Stll holding my kyc so I cannot submit my withdraw request for one month.Do Not trust their reply! Till now I still cannot get the payout that should belong to me that they block me form using their sh*t dashboard. And Do NOT Trust the payout sucessful review because they said they use Rise for payout but I believe nobody got the Rise contract signed!!!!
