Wait was too long.

I didn’t like that when I call. I was not able to speak to someone with status of my loan. When I emailed the email given I got a standard message which didn’t give me anymore information then what was in the website. It took 7 hours to approve my loan.

Calling speedy cash was fine until the manager refused my status card because it was cracked. But I managed to get a loan since I had a sgi temporary ID, Service could've been better.
