Please stay away from this service. I refused my order at customs due to import duties that were almost double the value of the items, which were several boxes of supplements. I reached out via email regarding the return, and they acknowledged it, pleading for me not to return the items since they would also incur customs fees. I clarified that I have the right to return an order, especially one I refused upon delivery. Unfortunately, there has been no sign of a refund, and it's now December 2025. They have the supplements and my money.

As always, the order arrived on time with the correct items. A suggestion: include customs charges in the order value and add another payment option besides PayPal. Disappointed with the service

I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered two bottles of a product and received both, but one was damaged with liquid everywhere. They claimed it was the deliverer's fault but agreed to send a replacement. They kept assuring me that I would receive it along with tracking information. It’s now November, and I still haven't received anything since July.
