nice products, horrible service, a joke to this company

Very nice products, but customer service is a joke. It takes a minimum of 1-2 days for a reply in an email conversation. You can’t call them to get a direct line of communication which is a bummer. After returning a product it’s suddenly out of stock and now the waiting time is unlimited. I could say that it’s way more convenient to buy their products somewhere else or a different brand.Update:They made it even worse. Pay an extra €15 to get it shipped earlier. It didn’t even ship! As a compensation you get 2000 points. 2000 points minus €15 means something like €5 euro discount. This is just playing with your customers. Not serious.They can’t tell when my order is coming. I ordered it on the 17th of September and it’s now the 4th of October. I may be a joke for them but they don’t see that they are one massive joke.Conclusion: read the reviews before you buy from Spider Farmer.

Great products, very good service

Great portfolio of products, my whole equipment is from SpiderFarmer. So far the quality is very good, in case of one defective clip fan the customer service was very quick and friendly, i immediately got a free replacement fan. I can recommend.

I ordered a growtentkit directly from Spiderfarmer. Recieved package 5 days later and everything is working fine. One ratchet was broken and I contacted custumer service. They responded quickly and sent me a new ratchet within a few days. So far I am pleased with the product en service from Spiderfarmer.

Terrible attitude

Terrible attitude that takes the customer as the enemy. You'll be spammed to death with useless AI bot text that leads to nowhere. This is a complete scam.

Not replying on mails, providing fake tracking numbers. Still not delivered while was stated that it would be shipped from eu-warehouse. Won’t order againEdit: after all I did receive my order within timeframe. Just bad communication from SF

Dont be stupid, dont buy spider farmer

Read all the comments in this thread. too many reports about defective parts and poor support. Why is the company not yet broke with so many complaints? because the company sells the china waste far too expensive. Every device already has its problems. the fans are clapping and creaking, the controller has already died before. new sensors are defective within a day. Lamps simply give up the mind. It just annoys so many reports of bad experiences about this company. nothing happens. They continue to sell their cheap waste and get away with it. please, please, be careful where you want to spend your money. I advise you very much against buying. spend your money on proper grow companies. have the idea of their products and employees. It took 23 emails to get replacements. constantly discussing. Absolute disaster, ridiculous and unreliable this company. Something urgently needs to happen there. Potential is there. but stop rip off your customers with all time 20% discount. Winter sale, spring sale, 420 sale, christmas sale etc. so ridiculous. Dont be stupid dont buy spiderfarmer.

Good Support

Ratings on their side seem to be manipulated but they got a fast and good support. The quality of their product is great. Light work great. I´ve got a fan that was making strange noises after a while but their support is working fast to replace it.
