I ordert on Monday a SF1000 got it in the early morning of Tuesday. Im from Germany and had a tracking number that worked perfectly.These Reviews here got me worried , one even talked about Scamsite. What a bs. Idk if they smoke and how u flip up an oder so bad?!?Top Service Top Price and you can find good discount codes online as well ! I will buy again when i upgrade my grow tent next year.
Awful business, DO NOT ORDER THERE!! I ordered a light there a month ago when it was available, it said 1-3 days delivery, the order was stuck on processing for days, so I wrote the support and they said they can’t deliver it bc it’s out of stock even tho it was on stock when I ordered. They restocked my light 5 days ago again and still didn’t send it. My order is still stuck on processing. ITS BEEN A LITERAL MONTH NOW. This seems like a literal scam and they robbed me of my time. do not order there.
Tolle Artikel , auch wenn ich andere Lampen nutze 😉, schöner Onlineshop, Zahlung und Kommunikation ebenso top (auch wenn PayPal nicht ging) , aber am besten der Versand , Express mit Tracking, einfach ein Traum.Great product, even If i use lights of another brand 😉 , nice online shop, payment and communication nice too (even If PayPal not worked) , but best is the shipping, express with tracking , simply a dream.Keep the spider climbing.
Order delivery was ok but didn’t get any support whatsoever after the sale. I sent two emails, used the FAQ option on their site to ask and also wrote a review on their site to ask again. Neither my question for the FAQ nor the review got published ever, never got a reply to my question, waiting for three weeks now. I can’t recommend to buy from Spider Farmer and I will never do so again.
Within 1 use this light has started to show burn marks on the insulation glue. The company claims that this is just atmospheric staining and refuses to accept responsibility. However 2 professional electricians have warned me against the continued use of this light due to its fire risk.You can feel the insulation flaking off where the yellowing is, so it's clearly not staining.On top of this the light severely damaged plants immediately after putting them under it. There is plenty of warnings against this company online, so your research and avoid this cheap chinese rubbish.UPDATE: The company has made contact offering to replace the light only if I am to remove all my reviews of the product. I did agree to this and they claimed to send a new light which they never did, I contacted them numerous times to get nothing but false promises. BE WARNED, STAY CLEAR.
Horrible rude customer service, doesn't honour their warranty, doesn't post negative reviews on their website. Floods social media with post giving them coverage and positioning it as a product with edge over competition when in fact its just a subpar product with no after sales support.
First one off the Best service problem got solved in Les than 2 day's great work thank you Ella second first everything I mean everything this company has on the market is fantastic the lights are by far the best light's on the market plus the price is great too and it works more than perfectHighly recommend the SE series and the g series both fantastic the sf 4000 is really good too special is the price and the results the g series is of the chain and the SE series a little bit better than the g ones I'm recommending Spider 🕷️ Farmer for years now too family and friends and no one was ever disappointed great work thank you for great product s for a fantastic price 🙏
Wound just like to thank Bella. She gave me a light to help me grow my veggies early and get a head start giving me 2 harvests with summer now. As I'm able to get 2-3 months head start and their spectrum switching from indoors to my outdoor garden, there's no stress from spectrum change. 100% a trustworthy site. With amazing customer service. Have no idea why they're bad reviews. I've had 2 purchases of them spanning 1.5yrs apart and my later order, well idk how, but it just felt improved. Think they got their own lights running on their business model imao.. lol
