"I recently invested in the Spider Farmer Grow Genius System (GGS Sensor Pro Kit) along with their power strip, and for the first two weeks, the integration was flawless. Unfortunately, my SF-GGS CO2 sensor began acting up.
Being based in Europe, I reached out to their customer service (presumably their German hub). I was impressed by the near-instant reply. They asked for specific details so their technical team could evaluate whether the sensor was repairable or faulty. After a quick review, they confirmed it needed replacement.
To my absolute delight, instead of just sending a replacement sensor, Spider Farmer sent me an entirely new Grow Genius Kit. I was amazed and delighted. They are clearly serious professionals who stand behind their products. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely continue to support this brand."
I had some Problems with some of the Spiderfarmer Equipment. My Impression is that they really work on the quality of their Support. Aunestly speaking I had some issues with the Support last year.But it improved a lot...i got reply once every day and they replaced every product in very short time with a new product. So i give 4 Stars cause there where some issues last year and i want to be transparent. But my experience this year with the Support was 5 Stars 🙂So thank you for the Support and keep the good spiririt.

CO2 sensor complaint On 15.12.2025 I found out that my CO2 sensor stopped working! I wrote to the customer service line about the malfunction along with details (date of purchase, order number) On 16.12 I received an email around 8.30am requesting a photo of the sensor over time. In the evening around 20.00 I sent 5 photos of the sensor from different segments of the day. On 17.12 a quick check was apparently carried out by the Spider Farmer technical department. On 18.12 morning I was informed about the replacement and asked to confirm the address. On 19.12 I received an email with the tracking number of the package. The delivery time (I live on an island) is usually about 5 working days. Unfortunately it's Christmas so the package will probably arrive later than standard, but Spider Farmer can't during Christmas😜. How do I rate the communication? As a person who lives by communication and trade, I must say that it was at a great level without unnecessary questions (when the seller usually tries to avoid acknowledging the complaint) and completely factual. The behavior of the operators is at a great level and words like please and thank you and sorry which at first glance look like: nothing to comment on. In fact, respect for customers has been lost! But not at SPIDER FARMER! One feels that they are really interested! I do not understand your criticisms of the lack of communication and the quality of the products. I am enthusiastic about SPIDER FARMER, their products, service in short from A to Z!!!🫵👍🥇
Had bought the SF600 3 tier shelf unit and just after a year of having it(when the warranty expired) 2/3 power supplies got so hot and melted, thankfully I caught it before starting a fire. I also had each power supply in a different power socket so I was not overloading our outlet. So I emailed spider farmer clearly stating 2/3 were bad along with a side by side image, after 19 emails of arguing, they finally agreed to send "power supplies" for a $20 shipping charge so, we paid. After 2 weeks I get an email stating how they no longer make that power supply and will be sending "new upgraded ones" another week and a half goes by and we get another email saying "that power supply is out of stock so we will be sending new SF600s. Another week and a half later, only 1 light shows up so I once again, email them back about having 2 as originally stated. They then proceeded to tell me that I only specified 1 power supply so I in turn took screenshots of the very first email I sent specifying 2/3 were bad along with the screenshot of the pictures I sent them, I am waiting on a reply and told them I do not want their product cause I'm sure they'll want another $20 for shipping due to their mess up. Just a horrible place for any kind of customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend their products. If I wasn't their at the time, my house could have literally burnt down due to they're faulty power supplies that they just so happen to "not make them anymore".
Almost every piece of equipment I have purchased has failed from sensors to humdifers to Heating devices. I have only had the products since May. They are very cheaply made I do not recommend this brand. While they do replace things my Anthruiums are at risk everytime a sensor fails and a humdifier does not work. Its really terrible.
