Fan with clicking noise and no customer SupportI reached out to the company and they asked for a video with evidence of the clicking noise and after that no answer and no chance to get a reaction from the company. will not buy again
I don't know what's going on with the reviews. My personal experience with spider farmer has been very good! I bought two complete grow box sets at spider farmer ebay Germany a year ago. Both great quality and money for value and the results had been great!Just last week one of my two clip fans has stopped rotating but is still blowing. After sending spider farmer a mail, they have sent me a new clip fan, the service was very friendly and professional!I would always buy at spider farmer again and can 100% recommend it!Greetings from Germany
I can understand the good, but also the bad reviews. I had a Spider Farmer light for years bought on Amazon and always was very happy with it so i didn't think twice when upgrading with Spider Farmer (completeset, humidifier, GGS AC10 and controller, heater,...)I'm still happy with the quality and the way everything works, tho I have to confirm that they never pubblish bad reviews on there site, not even critical reviews, which made me loos much confidence with the brand...(heater is not to recomend, too loud and not very precice, GGS controller has no real function other than to controll the light, everything else still isn't compatible)
The package did not arrive due to a supposedly wrong address. no one answers emails! THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS STEAL BY USING FAKE PRODUCT ADS ON THE WEBSITE! I will fight to get my money back from the Chinese scum. READ THE REVIEWS BECAUSE I DIDN'T AND NOW I'M GETTING MY PAYCHECK.
I must say it’s really confusing seeing these awful reviews, i have ordered a complete grow set and it arrived without a hiccup. Everything was in good condition and I am very happy with the complete set. Customer service has been also great with fast response to questions I had. I really can’t say anything bad because I’m so happy with the quality of the LED lights and the quality of the tent. I was so impressed I ended up ordering a dehumidifier from them and once again it out performed my old dehumidifier. Great great product for keeping humidity down. I hope in the future they can make a portable air conditioner to control temperature, but overall I’m satisfied with the product and with customer service. Well done spider farmer keep up the good job.
Orderd a lamp and exhaust fan, delivery very fast, complete. The Products have a great quality. Only the manuals where not very detailed, so it was kinda hard to montage everything. But after a few online researches and a couple of hours everything works great. I would order at spider farmer definitely again.

If I hadn't checked the status of my order, I wouldn't have noticed that they had simply canceled my order. WITHOUT ME BEING INFORMED. I think that's cheeky.Collecting money but not delivering anything. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from them. There is no telephone number, let alone a proper reply to an email.The company is just bad.Best regards
Order delivery was ok but didn’t get any support whatsoever aand also wrote a review on their site to ask again. never got a reply to my question, waiting for 2 months now. I can’t recommend to buy from Spider Farmer and I will never do so again! scam site dont buy
