This has been the worst gaming experience of my life. No wins, redemptions not processed, and overall a terrible experience with this site. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. I wouldn’t recommend playing here. It feels like another problematic platform that should not be operating.
I won a decent amount, but the withdrawal process took over a week! I had to verify my payment method, but there was no option to upload the necessary documents! The service is poor, and there's little desire to assist a customer who has spent money on the platform. I slowly gambled away my winnings. You’d think they would show some care for their customers by providing decent support and at least reimbursing me a portion of my winnings. The wait time is incredibly long. I do not recommend this.
It's an average place to play; if you cash out on a Monday, you might see your funds by Friday. They used to offer decent deals, but that's changed, and I don’t spend much anymore. The low rating is due to issues with the support team and being ignored. I was bombarded with a promotion for a new game promising free spins. It's been 4-5 days since they said they would respond in 24-48 hours, but nothing has happened. All I received was an email saying they'd get back to me after I complained again.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and still haven't received a reply. I need urgent assistance with verification to redeem my winnings, but the lack of communication has made this incredibly frustrating. A platform handling real money should offer timely support, and right now, they are failing. *Be cautious before depositing, as you may struggle to access your winnings.*
Hands down my favorite online casino ever. I’ve tested a lot of online casinos and not one compares to spinblitz.
