God awful RTP. I don’t think I have ever hit more than a 100x multiplier, and bonuses pay little to nothing, and that’s if I even hit one. There is a good game selection, but if you’re not going to hit, what’s the point of playing? I know it’s “RNG blah blah blah” but when the same thing keeps happening, it doesn’t seem very random.
Was offered a welcome package at signup for 10SC +30 Free Spins at $0.50/spin for $9.99. Purchased the package and never got my free spins. Reached out to chat support who made me wait 45min while they "reviewed my account" only to come back and tell me I'll receive the free spins within the next 72 hours and will receive an email notification. That was the 1st lie. Reached out to email support and had to re explain the situation every time I got a response as a different support agent would respond every message. After 1 week of back and forth I was told id been credited 6SC and told that was the cash equivalent for 30spins at 0.20/spin. I responded stating the promotion explicitly stated 0.50/spin amd so if theyre using that as the calculation for the cash equivalent instead of actually just adding the free spins to my account, then it would be 15SC. Support then gaslights me claiming all of their free spin offers are .20/spin, and i would need to provide a screenshot of the promo I received for them to honor it, but the promotion disappears after being claimed. At the same time, their promotions all indicate 0.50/spin on all their other packages, so obviously a lie. After more back and forth and reexplaining multiple times over and being told by multiple support agents that they have escalated my case to various teams which never occurred, I finally was able to get concrete proof and a screenshot of the exact promo CLEARLY stating the free spins for that specific package were to be 0.50/spin and sent it in stating that I didnt appreciate being lied to and their clear attempt to short change me, and that I expect the full value of the free spins that I never received would be credited to my account. They straight up just ignored the photo proof and stopped responding altogether. Ive sent 3 follow up messages and nothing. I purchased the welcome package on October 24th and they still have not resolved the issue as of today, November 15th. Don't support this platform, there are tons of other reputable sweeps casinos with actually helpful customer support teams who want to make things right when an issue does occur, this is not that platform. My next follow up for this issue wont be to SpinBlitz but rather to the gaming commission as I'm sure I'm not the only one.
