Ridiculous redemption time!! I won SC1,000 and it was a hassle to cash them out!! They make you wait 72 hours before they even process the payment… THEN I have to wait another 24 hours for them to actually send it to my bank! I cashed out on Monday, on Tuesday I accidentally hit the cancel button, so it started my 72 hours all over again. It is Friday night and still have not received my $1,000!! Then they have the nerve to ask me to write a “good” review here for sc10 credit!! GTFOH!!! Longest redemption times and take days for customer support to answer your emails! There Spinfinite, there is what I think about your infinite time to pay out!!
I had literally just downloaded this Game , and with in ten minutes , I had won eight hundred dollars. That quick no requirements, no bullshit. I my opinion I believe spinfinite is a trustworthy platform. They’re always offering some kind of bonus , and they pay you when they say they will. I’ve never felt ripped off by them. Redemption takes about 2-4 days in my experience. This isn’t the fastest but it also isn’t the slowest I’ve experienced.

Almost a year ago, there were a bunch of glitches. Those glitches have been ironed out however support is very limited compared to when the site first began.
All I can say is my recent redemption has been processed but has not hit account/ once again in the beginning when site was created, it was almost instant(couple hrs). Now it’s 4 days. 72 hr pending and apparently 24 hrs to hit account. I really don’t like reading one star about them maxing people’s deposits to 1 dollar. We will see if that happens to me.
Bottom line- support could do way better. Pop ups need to be more limited. Redemption times need to be better.

I initially rated it a 2 because I enjoy the games and managed to redeem them, but I was still waiting for my documents to be approved. The support team acknowledged my message via email, but I hadn't heard back, which made me feel a bit uneasy about the legitimacy. If I receive my redemption, I'd definitely raise my rating. Update: I received a response, and everything is resolved now. I just need to wait two more days for my redemption. Although I'm giving a 5-star rating now, the platform could still expand their game offerings and improve the redemption time, but overall, it's a solid service.
