Bought a few services example Netflix , YouTube premium and Chatgpt all the services so far so good but now I want to renew when want to payment but unable to do so . I have reached out to their Live chat to seek their customer service consultant for advice of alternative payment but up till now I still haven't received any reply for alternative payment mode from them .
