I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After returning the vehicle and clearing all dues, my card continued to be charged without clear communication or proper documentation.
This has caused serious inconvenience and stress. I urge the company to review their billing practices and improve customer support response times.
What I loved about Ezhire is how easy it is to rent a car. They deliver it to your place and collect it afterward. If you want to inquire about something, you can just message customer service, and they respond right away. No headache at all, everything is very smooth. The processing is quick, and the car is clean, low mileage, and almost new. I rented a Hyundai Accent for two months.
The guy who delivered the car and Ali, who collected it, were very polite and kind. For sure, I will rent a car from Ezhire again. It’s my go-to car rental company.

Easy rental with comfort and very good staff cooperating and understanding. One suggestion if can be considered that would be great which is the rates got increased but the daily Km still same which is very low. Please increase yhe daily km limit to atleast 300 or 350 with this rental price.Also if there is any option of unlimited km on daily rental then it will be great as some companies offer 120aed per day with inlimited km on economy cars. Looking for something new. Thanks

I rent a car for almost 2 months to ehire company and i delay 2days for rent. Without any concederation they tretend me like im criminal. They will tell you car blocked then i have police case car wanted. To many call harrast to pay or they will fill the case or blocked the car. They will tell like you are criminal. Then when you return they will tell you tge hidden charge like kilometers without any document that you are exceeded the kilometers
