Avoid Doing Business with This Service

If you encounter any issues with your order, you might as well accept the loss because the customer support will just lead you in circles until you give up. I realized this when I spoke with a representative who was difficult to understand and claimed his name was Andrew. When I called back the next day, the same person answered but now went by Alex. This platform feels like a scam.

Custom Order Not Fulfilled Properly

I placed a custom order for a tarp with specific grommet placements confirmed by phone. They were supposed to be 12" apart, but I received a tarp with grommets spaced at 11". The service claimed this was acceptable according to their standards. Although their website suggests they are an American company, the product was made in India. Because I couldn't use the tarp as intended, I requested a 50% refund instead of returning it, which they did not offer. Instead, they provided a 20% discount on future orders. Despite claiming to value customer satisfaction, the product I received was not as promised.

Untrustworthy Service

This service is untrustworthy! They charged me an extra $6 for an 'expedited delivery', then later changed the delivery date to 5 days later, the same as a regular delivery, and refused to refund my expedited shipping costs. The package didn’t even arrive on the new date, prompting me to dispute the charge. Despite my request for communication only through email, I received calls from a center that I could not understand. Avoid this service!

Excellent Quality Shade Nets!

I disagree with the reviewer who mentioned poor quality. I've ordered several custom shade nets, and they have all been of excellent quality. They offer custom sizes at very reasonable prices, and shipping is quick. I highly recommend this service; I'm a happy customer.

Their lack of accountability highlights serious quality control issues. Further research showed that this service is part of a group with similar complaints about defective products and poor support.
