Regretful Experience

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I'm echoing the same frustrations as many others. I feel embarrassed for being tricked! I also paid $20 for shipping, which I now regret. I placed my order via a payment platform, and while they will refund me for the items, the shipping cost won't be included. I have to return the items to an overseas address with tracking, which will likely end up costing me more than the items themselves.

Very Disappointed with the Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. Their customer support is inadequate, and I recommend not making any purchases. It took three weeks for my order to arrive, and they provided no assistance. There are no refund options available. I wouldn’t even rate them with a single star. If you accept holiday orders, timely delivery is crucial, yet my items arrived two weeks late, and their website lacks clarity on delivery times. Opt for a different company instead.

I cannot give any stars. I ordered three weeks before the holiday, like many others, and there was no estimated arrival date provided. When my order finally arrived two weeks after the holiday, I requested a full refund as stated in their policy. They refused and only offered me $5. I strongly advise against using this service!

Delayed Order with Expedited Shipping

I ordered on December 6th with expedited shipping to my location. As of January 7th, the package is presumably still in transit. At this point, it feels like a scam, or at best, they are a poor retailer taking money for faster shipping yet delivering extremely slowly.

Feeling Frustrated

I’m baffled as to how this service has any positive ratings. I’m experiencing the same issues as others. I ordered three items with expedited delivery and still have not received them. My emails have received vague responses. They stated they cannot refund my money and that communication is only via email, despite my request for a customer service contact. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Steer Clear of This Service

Steer clear of this service. I placed an order well before the holiday and never received it. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times but only received automated replies. I will have to reach out to my credit card company for reimbursement. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them; I suspect the website may be a scam.

Not Worth One Star

This service doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered a holiday ornament two weeks before the holiday and paid for expedited shipping, but due to the holiday rush, I wish I had researched them. I still haven't received it and keep getting automated messages, which makes me question the legitimacy of this service. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Buyer beware!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order over a month ago for the holiday season, and it’s now January 6 with no package in sight. I found out it was routed through three different countries, and they refuse to issue a refund until it arrives. Avoid this service at all costs!

I placed an order for two Holiday Surprise Boxes on December 3rd, 2025. Now it's January 8th, 2026, and the boxes have yet to arrive. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as many others have reported similar issues with order delivery.
