Customer service is 10/10 and helped me get the rewards for my purchases ASAP. I have been wearing one of their gold vermeil necklaces for 3 years straight, during runs, showers, i never take it off and it still looks AMAZING.

I am extremely disappointed with my compass necklace. It is significantly smaller than the preview of the product provided. It was in memory of my 33 year daughter who passed away 10 months ago. if I could show pictures here I would certainly do so. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this website. I was seeking a refund which they refused and offered store credit only with inferior product in gold plate which is not suitable to wear as I wanted to wear this piece every day - very over priced at $2,300.

Label then sent me another one.
Weeks later I get the necklace. Open the box looks great on the front. Take it out half the chain is tarnished again.
Wrote them again. They say so sorry. Keep that one and we can either replace it or give you something else.
I pick something else, then they tell me actually it’s a premium product and I have to ship it back. After finally getting someone and not a AI robot on messenger they say so sorry for the communication we will ship you the new item keep the old.
I get the new piece today, it’s tarnished again!
This jewelry isn’t cheap, unless you wear gold this company isn’t for you.
Super bummed. I will won’t buy here again.
Wish I could add photos because it’s not right. I can buy on Amazon and not get tarnished pieces sent to me

Disappointing Quality for a Special Occasion

We bought a £159.17 collar as a special gift for a 40th birthday, but unfortunately, the quality fell significantly short of our expectations. The gold color is quite dark and does not resemble 18K at all, and the item arrived with noticeable scratches. The website clearly indicates that returns and refunds are possible, yet there is no way to request a refund or even reach out to the support team for assistance... only an exchange option is provided. I am hoping for a satisfactory resolution this week before escalating the issue. At this point, it is quite challenging to have confidence in the service.

Misleading advertising and poor service

This service is clearly deceiving customers with false promises of timely delivery before the holiday. My order is one of many that will not arrive on time. This was meant to be a gift for my spouse, and I'm extremely frustrated. The generic replies stating they can't locate my order and expressing sympathy for my frustration are unacceptable. I will ensure this company is held accountable for its misleading advertising practices.

Completely Unacceptable Experience

Completely unacceptable experience. I ordered a gift over three weeks ago, expecting delivery last week. The shipping service they use has not delivered it yet. Each time I contact them, I am told to wait another three days. I can't reach anyone at the actual company. I want a full refund. I'm extremely frustrated after spending $200 on such a poor service. I strongly advise against using them.

I believed I had requested a name on the jewelry box, but it seems it didn't go through at checkout. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to correct it and add the name myself. If the support team could assist with this, I would be grateful.

Necklace quality poor, customer service awful

I received my necklace and the necklace is not long enough. But also the quality wasn't as expected the necklace looks cheap and thin. Customer service is awful back and forth with questions and everything to discourage me to return. Totally unacceptable. I want a full refund but this hasn't been offered. So now to the bank to put in a dispute.

This is 100% my type of necklace!

I absolutely love this piece—it is 100% my type of necklace! I was looking for something that was elegant and delicate without being flashy, and this fits me perfectly. It's fantastic for everyday wear but also dresses up easily. Their customer service was responsive and helpful,making me feel confident about my order. A definite five stars!
