Bad customers service I supposed received my order for my son birthday 2 days before his day but never come and also after that I waited other 10 day for getting my refund!!Guys don’t west your time/with that company 😡

Reading other negative comments drove me nervous in the beginning, so to be fair to the seller I gave my honest review. I just received my order today. It took almost a month to reach from South Korea to France. I didn't get tracking number at first, but I sent them email after 3 weeks and they replied my email in 2-3 days. The order is as described, they even gave me a bonus eyeshadow brush :D However my pastel wooden box chipped-off at the corner, eventhough the seller wrapped in carefully in bubblewraps. So perhaps it was the cargo during one month delivery. I will order from this shop again especially for korean products I love that are impossible to get in europe. Thank you

I made a mistake i received my item.....

THE TWO 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM THE OWNER which is unfair cause this website is a review for customers not the owner but i gotta say they shipped my item really fast and free shipping. I only ordered 1 item.Am i gonna order here again?- i dont know tbh i only ordered here cause the item i wanted was already phased out and they still have a stock.

Save yourself time and shop elsewhere+

I bought a toy from them my son had been begging for for weeks. As per the description the toy was 14" and exactly the toy he wanted. After a couple to three weeks the toy arrived and was not at all what was described it was much smaller. It was pretty much something I could have bought at Walmart for $15 instead of the $45 I paid. I emailed the company to start a return and they took forever to respond and offered a partial refund but no explanation as to what that meant. I replied asking for more details as to what a partial refund meant and I'm still waiting for that response. I also reviewed the product on their site and they actually have to approve the reviews. Really?! That's ridiculous bc of course if there's a bad review then they can choose not to publish it, which is exactly what happened with my review. The only reason I'm giving these guys two stars is bc the items did arrive but I will not be purchasing from them again.

Super slow of shipping and nowhere to find out

I have been ordered some skin care for a months, but I still haven't received anything. I tried sending them emails to point out the issue, but no one responds. I highly doubt the existence of this company. There is no customer service, and I never received the receipt after I placed the order. Will NOT buy from them anymore. I spent 80 CDN for nothing.....So disappointed...
