It’s so disappointing. I received 3 sets of shoes in wrong size which is ways bigger than I have ordered. 43 instead of 41. Now I want to return but they have no return facility for free while they made a mistake. I paid for delivery as well. Now return to UK from Denmark cost more than 300dkk which worth more than product cost. There is no customer service number available to talk with. Waste of money for nothing. Shops available in Denmark refuse d to deal with case. Shameful. Not recommend for anyone to shop online from this website.

Har købt en adidas sko som skulle være vandtæt, til brug i vinterperioden, men skoen er utæt i goretex membranen og jeg har taget billede af utæthed og medsendt til Sportsworld retur afdeling.Dette er svaret man får (har skrevet 3 gange til dem).Thank you for your message and for sharing the photos. The parcel was ordered Dec 8 and estimated delivery Dec 16. Now it’s Dec 19, and I still have not heard anything from Evri/Bring. Tried calling Bring but it seems impossible to reach them.. Very bad communication during the delivery unfortunately and it feels like it’s not sure if or when I’ll hear from Evri/Bring/Sports World.
