My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing. It was dispatched on Friday and collected the next day, yet it still shows as not delivered by Thursday. The seller is unresponsive to emails, and when they did reply, it felt like they didn’t care at all. I highly recommend reconsidering any purchases from them, as I had to find a battery elsewhere due to urgency.

Extremely poor service experience; what was supposed to be a two-day delivery turned into a prolonged struggle with this website for several weeks. I've received only two responses during this time, and still no battery. It seems they are trying to delay the process with the payment platform to automatically close the case. I requested a refund and was told to just wait for the item to arrive.
I ordered a laptop battery and only received a payment confirmation, but nothing else. Ten working days later, still no dispatch email or replies to my inquiries about the battery's whereabouts. Their contact form on the website is non-functional. It's been a frustrating experience; I now have to contact my credit card company for a refund. UPDATE: 16 hours after this review, I received a response stating the battery has been sent, but it left China three working days ago, which is eight working days after my order. I was completely in the dark and had to order another battery from someone else. Very frustrating and a waste of my time and money.
Another overseas company masquerading as a local business. As of now, my laptop battery is still in China a week after placing the order. I will likely have to order another one from a different source as this could take weeks. Why are companies allowed to use .co.uk domains when they are not based in the UK?
I have removed my initial one-star review because the battery did eventually arrive. The first delivery took eight weeks, and the second took two weeks. Despite the .co.uk address, this is clearly not a UK business, as deliveries seem to go through Brussels or Los Angeles. Their website lacks an address or phone number.
