Trying to fool people by offering 3 months for free yet they send a bill Every month to try and swindle people to pay for Nothing, its a very bad Company and they also try to fool old people in this manner aswell
Was trying to transfer the account from my partner to myself. Initiated everything, signed the documents, got confirmation that the documents had been signed but no transfer happened. When reaching out to support they could not find any documents in their systems recommending to initiate the transfer again using another browser (!). Very concerning that signed agreements with the company disappears and are not fulfilled according to contract and the company cannot find them! I have no trust in this company and would recommend everyone to avoid it!
This app is completely scamming its users. It’s happened to me twice now — I purchased credit and saved it for emergencies, but after some time, I went back and saw that my balance had been reset to zero, and the app asked me to buy more credit. Meanwhile, I’ve had credit in the Talk360 app for almost a year without using it, and it’s still there. What Halebop is doing is a clear case of fraud and theft, and I recommend everyone delete it from their phones just like I did.
I recently terminated my apartment contract because I’m moving to a new place. I’ve been a Halebop customer for three months under a one-year contract. The first three months were free, but I was obligated to remain with them for the full year.I reached out to Halebop to explain my situation. They informed me that since they don’t provide internet service at my new address, they would make an exception and end my contract at the end of the notice period.I truly appreciate their support, and I’d like to especially thank Mathias from customer service for his outstanding assistance
They regularly overcharge you by mistake or through hidden fees, and you need to spend half a day figuring out what they did wrong, so they can refund you in Halebop credit. Invoices never give you a breakdown of costs, so when they charge you additional fees you need to again contact customer service to find out what it was for - which while responsive is unreliable: Changes you agree on are not executed and you need to again contact customer service to remind them. They charged me 25% more for "invoice fees", because I requested to have my invoices sent to me via email instead of by post in the year 2025.Even though roaming is free in the EU, network strength outside of Sweden is weak - sometimes to the point of being unusable.Stay away!
I have had contact with the costumer service for a couple of times (various questions) and they have helped me always in a good matter. The internet speed is exactly what I am paying for and I never had big issues with lost of connection or something. (It happend 1 time and that was in whole Sweden, not only us)
This company has been stealing money from my account since August. when i tried to contact them they sent me here and there without any solution. I dont even have a subscription to the company and have no idea from where they got my bank account and steal my money.

Vi på Halebop är otroligt glada och mäkta stolta över att ha mottagit utmärkelsen ”Sveriges nöjdaste privatkunder mobiltelefoni 2021” från SKI – Svenskt kvalitetsindex. Det är faktiskt 12:e gången på 14 år! Men vi blir aldrig mätta, det ger oss bara mer förtroende att göra vår grej.
