I made a payment via bank transfer and they didnt issue order number.They however request one, when you contact them about the purchase, well how does that work, quite the order system there..
After contacting them with proof of payment, they don't seem to respond.
They State a 1 day guarantee that the item will be posted, but the payment was made Monday, now it's Thursday, and no news as of yet,so very missleading toward their customer base and so far quite dissapointed from the way they handle the situation, don't feel like they care much about their clients.

They use GLS to send their products.on 09.08.202 I bought a welder machine on the german site because a 20% discount.The welder is not delivered yet,so I am still waiting with no clear solution.12-9-2024today arrived the welder and the missing items.plus for stahlwerk.but the waiting time was too long.

I thought a German brand would be ok…

I thought a German brand would be ok but I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The foot pedal is junk. The foot pedal is all or nothing on the amps, you can not set a max amp for it, and it does not shut off when you release it and you burn through often on thinner stuff because of this. Also, after about 50 hours of welding something blew inside so the display does not show the amps. You basically have to guess what amperage you are using because there is no digital readout. Also, although it was advertised as a pulse welder, you have almost no control over the pulse settings - pulse frequency and thats it, but at lower amp range the pulse is basically useless. It's a disappointing machine and I strongly recommend against buying it. Live and learn I guess.
