I recently rented gear from SharePal for my snow leopard expedition, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. I got to know about them just two days before my trip through my dad, and despite the short notice, their team was extremely professional and efficient.
They delivered all the items within a day, and the quality was excellent — clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for the expedition. I had initially ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be a size too small, but they promptly arranged a replacement in the correct size without any hassle.

Delivery is good.. But the both gimbal I had received is very pathetic and poor in quality. So much poor quality. You're had given second hand, cheap quality gimbal. After receiving the gimbal for camera. We haven't used a single day.. gimbal was not working properly.. and the quality of gimbal is so much poor... The gimbal was lagging every time.... Many cameramens from the event tried to set axis to fail... They also said gimbal is very pathetic. From where you have bought return it and don't take from there again... It's very poor in quality. We had decided to take gimbal shot.. because of your 3rd quality gimbal.. we were unable to get shot.. i am never gonna buy this..
Their service is good. I booked a camera at around 9:15 PM. And it was delivered by 10:50 PM. I was impressed. Then they charge for the 24 hours you use and not the delivery and the pick up day. The gears are in good condition and they pack it so well for the transportation. Their customer support is also very good. Overall, I feel they do provide great service.
Awesome experience, it was memorable journey because of the camera we rented from Sharepal. The renting process was smooth and transparent. I really appreciate the team. Camera got delivered within a given timeline in secured baggage and strong case which will ensure safe handling during journey. Camera condition was good. Even they charged for period day after delivery and day before pickup only. No hurry to pickup, that I like most, because you will get sufficient time to copy, backup. Only one thing I will recommend that one extra battery must be provided or either must have option to add in cart during checkout, and travel adaptor as charger provided with camera to me was having american style connector plug, which was not compatible with most of the sockets, thanks I was having one travel adaptor but it increases necessary a extra item while travelling. Overall experience was good, we got lots of good memories. I can say it is full paisa vasool 😊.

First time renting something from this company, and overall have to say it was a good experience. SharePal's team is quite slow when it comes to communicating with the customer. Especially when it comes to their long and tedious KYC verification process.
I would recommend this to every genuine person who is out there amazing concept and experience of renting all together. I would be eagerly waiting when they will expand there services in Surat too.

I recently rented an Axor helmet from SharePal for a 1,300km+ road trip, and the experience was top-notch.
The Gear: My biggest concern was hygiene, but the helmet arrived smelling fresh and properly sanitized. It looked almost new; while there were some tiny, "itty bitty" scratches on the visor, they didn't affect visibility at all. The fit was perfect and remained comfortable even through long hours and high mileage on the road.
The Service: Delivery was actually ahead of schedule, which took the stress out of trip prep. The KYC verification was smooth, and the post-trip pickup was just as easy.
Highly recommend SharePal if you need reliable, clean gear for your tours. 10/10 would rent again!
This was our first experience of renting a drone and boy we were thrilled with the experience. The overall booking and delivery was a breeze. Yes, the verification time made us a little nervous as it was very close to our travel dates, but once I contacted the customer service, it was all completed. In fact they gave us a free upgrade from DJI Mini 4 Pro to DJI Mini 5 pro with fly more. The drone worked flawlessly and captured great moments during our trip.
