I can't even begin to explain how poor Stannp's service is. I sent out a campaign to 4,100 recipients at great expense and they sold the service as saying the recipients would have the letters within a week. Fast forward 2 MONTHS later, recipients are only just getting the letter now AND the letter now contains outdated offers as it was a limited time sale campaign. I would not recommend using this service, there are others out there that may not be software-driven but with a more personal touch than Stannp who refuse to help when contacted about the delivery issues.Edit:On the 26th of September your response was:"Thank you for updating me. Unfortunately I have no further information than the below.It is frustrating for us also but it is down to Royal Mail for the final step"No attempt was ever made to resolve the issue, and I was just given the same unhelpful "royal mail is to blame" whilst YOUR dashboard tracking *still* says all mail pieces were delivered which is evidently not true but yes I'm the liar.
