I’d give them zero stars if I could. They say they tried to deliver - this is BS I waited all day for them. I am disabled, I don’t drive and rely on deliveries. I have never had a problem with any other delivery company. Now I have to go pick this up 2 days later than delivery was expected.

Tell your shipper don't ever use scammer UPS... they extorted ne with $26 or so called "Government Fees" which is of course no such thing.
I asked them under what regulation are they allowed yo collect such non-existent? They coulf answer me. And my shipper paid them anyway. The next thing you know I'd the otrmm is lost and they didn't even to tell me until weeks later.
You see? DONT. EVER. USE. UPS

Delivery missed as it was evidently made two days earlier than date given on tracking info. No notice left advising delivery attempt made. Second delivery made a day later (still one day earlier than stated), but delivery driver left note without ringing door bell then drove off. Exactly same experience some months ago - ended up driving to depot to collect.

Please consider using a carrier other than UPS; as they are absolutely the worst in terms of service. I received absolutely no notification about the package arrival, and it was only through the sender's tracking number that I became aware of which city it had been sent. I went to the last known depot for UPS, and they no longer provide that service. Apparently many businesses no longer want to do it. It took me considerable trouble to finally track down my package. I was told that I was lucky it had not been returned, having remained at the depot for nearly a month.
This is only one of several times I have experienced such bad service from UPS.

I received an e-mail early this morning…Feb.12/26 advising my package would arrive between 11am & 3pm…it hasn’t arrived…I call CUSTOMER SERVICE leave my phone number for call only to be told NOTHING! The package will arrive today before 9pm? Why the e-mail?
I will try very hard to never use UPS again.

Today UPS driver called me and said " can you come out to the road as I have been told by the company not to go down long driveways.
I drove my little low chevy volt to read and took my package.
This morning Canada post delivered.... no problem, Amazon delivered... no problem.
Our driveway is 1200 feet long but completely clear.
This is one of many UPS problems.
Sometimes there is a weather problem, many times there is an automated "wrong adress " problem .
The worst EVER COURIER, so much drama and deception!!!

UPS is a horrible company that never takes responsibility for their mistakes. Working with them as a business is very difficult because you never know when you will receive your shipments. I have had half of my package released and delivered, but the other half is stuck at the border, and UPS can’t tell me why or explain how it isn’t their problem. How do you leave half a package behind!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service.

This service is among the worst for package deliveries. Frequently, the drivers seem unwilling to make the effort to enter apartment buildings for deliveries. Instead, they simply approach the door, place a sticker on the window, and depart. If another service can handle this, then so should this one.

Delivery delays and poor communication

Scheduled delivery was between 3:30 and 6:30, then changed to "by end of day." I waited until 10:00 P.M. and received nothing! There was no notification about the delivery change! Now the tracking shows "In for delivery"—what does that even mean?! It states "A delivery time will be determined." I've already waited all day and night! The customer support is entirely unhelpful, just a chat bot that leads to inactive phone numbers at this hour! How can the service be this unreliable and still operate??? I would give zero stars if possible! This situation will likely force me to pick up the package myself! Does the service ever actually deliver items as scheduled?

Please provide your employees with phones!

It's essential to equip your employees with phones! While I understand that the service cannot take action if the seller doesn't permit package delivery at the door or pickup elsewhere, it is unreasonable that the service cannot make a call during delivery. Expecting people to wait in front of their building for hours (if the delivery even occurs) instead of receiving a call in their residence is unacceptable.
