They reached out to me, expressing a preference for me not to change my review unless I was satisfied, but I won’t be. They suggested an upgrade that included a nicer package. While the presentation was appealing, it’s only worth it if it were free. The actual upgrade does not justify the price. The certificate was in a cheap plastic frame that could be found at a discount store. I ended up purchasing a nicer frame elsewhere. I believe online purchases should be more transparent and straightforward, rather than relying on questionable tactics. Buyers should be cautious.
