They charge an "Inactive fee" but they don't advise about the policy change or even abut the charge.Even the bill won't show as inactive fee it shows as "Service Fees" that's fraud with their subscribers.Yesterday august 21 I asked to delete my account, they advised the account was inactive and was going to be deleted. Guess what? Today I received another email about "we couldn't process the payment through your card and the charge is? Yes, the $46.xx about the inactive fee.Had to report 3 of my cards for fraud to get them replaced as this company won't charge me again with their "service fees"I've made a research on my email looking for a "update policies email" prior posting this review, I've not received any advised about the changes. I was with them since 2019.
