I had an issue with a second-hand KTC monitor that stopped working, and even though I was not the original buyer, the support team agreed to make a one-time exception for me under warranty.
They guided me clearly through the process, provided a prepaid return label, and kept me informed at each step.
After they received my defective monitor, they quickly arranged a replacement with an alternative model, which I’ve now received and which works perfectly.
The communication was always polite, professional, and solution‑oriented.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the way KTC handled my case and I really appreciate their flexibility and customer focus.

I just got my 27”Magpad recently and I am so happy that I finally have my portable (moving tv)!!! Now I can watch tv when I am cooking and having meal on dining table. This is a great purchase I have made and definitely recommend it to everyone!!!!! Great product, good quality, best value!!!!
I purchased a $600 item from KTC on January 19 2026 to be delivered by January 26-29. Snowstorm hits on the 26th so I figured their might be a delay in delivery. I tracked the package everyday, checking my emails calling the seller and post office to see why my package is in California. The 29th comes and the tracking shows it moving closer to me about 15 minutes away at a distribution center now February 2nd it says the package is still there, but I get a Usps notice in the mail on the 29th saying its at my post office awaiting pickup. I go there they say nope not here its still in California. I call they say it's at the distribution center. Countless phone call. I call Consumer Affairs and they say this company has a lot of same packages waiting in the California postal office or distribution center not sure which, waiting for the sender to pick them up. The agent from Consumer Affairs said he thinks its sketchy. Mind you I've been in contact with the seller the entire time.. again countless messages. He says it should have never been sent by Usps he doesn't know how they got a hold of it. He says the company changed their shipping to FedEx blah blah blah. Read their reviews KTC is nasty to their consumers they dont respond reasonably they dont honor their warranties look on Amazon under their products and you will see if yourself. Now they are telling me I have to apply for a refund which in itself takes 10 or more days because the package has to be considered lost. So now a purchase that was made on January 19 turns into the middle of February 🙄. Ktc do better. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bereau and posting my experience on my platform, my husband's platform and anywhere else I see fit. If you do purchase from them and you see its being shipped USPS just know you are not going to receive that package because the lithium in the battery is too high.

Overall portable touchpad seems to be working as advertised. Shipped quickly as well. Downside, purchased accessories to go with it. Never received them. Tried contacting customer service, I get no response. Now I have to find a different vendor to purchase things I have already paid for.
