The vehicle was spotless and luxurious, and the chauffeur was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable about the city.What impressed me most was the attention to detail — everything was well-prepared and smooth. Absolutely awful. Avoid! The limo turned up on the wrong day ruining the birthday surprise which was completely unprofessional and unorganised of an established business. Clearly empire limo takes no pride in their customers and their occasions. The package I paid for stated it included decorations and a bow and 2 bottles of bubbly. This wasn’t provided. Despite in depth talks with Jenny about what was provided she conveniently missed this off the order form and stated it was my fault when she confirmed it was on the order by chat. The limo driver went the wrong way and drove incredibly slow to get to the venue wasting a lot of time. An extremely poor experience from a business that clearly only cares about taking money and not the experience they are providing. When I raised this with them they were extremely nonchalant and did nothing to rectify this despite our disappointing experience. Would not recommend at all. Do not trust this company with your special occasions as they have no care and fail to take responsibility!
