We ordered an air blower for our vehicle and expected delivery on Monday. The company kept us updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, the courier lost our package. However, the company promptly sent a replacement with a different courier, which arrived the next day. The courier experience was disappointing, but the service from the company was exceptional.
