Tried to buy my daughter a bunch of pets for her birthday couldn't top off my account to purchase would NOT accept google pay, apple pay and 3 different credit cards. I just ended up getting them off ebay easy peasey no issues. No one was available on the chat feature to discuss the issue tried at several times throughout the day and on 2 different days, sent a message no reply, I did all the due diligence on my end to complete the purchase, seems as if they have a lot of issues to work on their software and security protocols. After reading MANY reviews it seems as if this is a prevalent issue and or “challenge” for them.
I am trying to withdraw 177 euros that I earned but it’s not coming to the bank account it says error and it keeps sending the money to my Starpets wallet instead of my bank account please fix this problem if you fix this problem imma make sure this 1 star rating will go to 5 starts and I have no other problem I got the pets I purchased I’m really thankful for that but please let me transfer my hard earned money to my bank account
In itself, Starpets is a great website. You can buy your dreampets from there. However, I cannot currently pay with Apple Pay. This makes me very sad because I can't buy pets like this. And there is another problem. The old website said for several weeks that there is a very big problem so I cannot withdraw the pets I have already purchased. But starpets.gg is trusted. I hope you will read this and fix the issues. Thank you!
