Keeps banning me. It's not my fault that the robots doesn't allow me to join them or trade them. I'm banned for 6 days now only because the bots didn't trade me those pets, they don't even allow me to friend them! This web is a damn scamm I can't even get my pet I paid for!
Hello Starpets, I added money to my account to buy pets, but I didn’t receive it, it was on the 7th of march 2025. and I still haven’t gotten my money, I paid 12€ or smth I know it’s not much but I really don’t trust this site anymore. Can you tell me what went wrong??
me and my sister waited 10 days for these pets u guys rlly need to get up and fix it cause no one told us there was gonna be a new update and its ridiculous at this point and we need our pets from the old website to the new site and if u dont i will sue ur company ok i need this fixed now.
I HATE YOU. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULDVE DID THAT , THIS FRICKIN WEBSITE IS BAD . I DIDNT COLLECT MY PET IN THE 1HOUR TIMER BECAUSE IT DIDNT WORK , AND THEY TOOK THE PET FROM ME AND TOOK MY MONEY TOO , I LOSY MY BIRTHDAY GIFT , ALSO THE BOTS REPORT YOU AFTER EVERY TRADES.
