I bought from star pets months ago, on the old website (It wasn’t titled “old” yet then tho) and there was maintenance, so after like 3 days I thought they’d have it done in a matter of 12 days-2 weeks. Nope! 3-4 months, and it’s still not done. If I could transfer my pets from the old site to the new one, or atleast get a refund, that’s be appreciated, but otherwise, won’t be buying from there anymore!! 😕
I bought money on starpets and everything went alright but after 2 days all the money I had on my starpets account was gone. I didn’t even buy anything! I used live chat several times and provided screenshots,I wrote an email to starpets and asked for help in their discord server but i didn’t get any help and my money is still gone!
