This service used to be excellent. However, since the acquisition, the customer service has deteriorated significantly. I've been on hold for over 3 hours in the last two days without reaching anyone. The online chat feature has consistently shown four people ahead of me, with no progress. It's suspicious. I recommend avoiding this service altogether.

I was informed of an internet fee of $82.00 per month, yet I was billed $89.00. I was also promised local stations given our proximity to the border, but they weren't available! The $20.00 TV package had nothing appealing, so I'm canceling. I’ve emailed the company, attempted to use chat, and have been on hold for 56 minutes with no response. While I appreciate the internet speed and user-friendly setup, the TV service is lacking!
The customer service is abysmal. It takes ages to connect with support. Changing plans and modem replacements have been completely unsatisfactory. They simply pass the responsibility around. Since the takeover, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly.
As of November 2025, I had a great experience with the internet service. The company installed new buried fiber optic cables in my area, vastly improving my connection compared to my previous provider. I was paying much more for unreliable service. The sales team was helpful and answered all my questions, and the technician who set everything up was very competent. Now I enjoy excellent internet speed. If fiber optic is available in your area, I highly recommend switching!
Initially, this service was great and easy to reach, but since the acquisition, it has become a nightmare. They've made it nearly impossible to cancel your service. It's incredibly frustrating when large companies take over and disregard customer care and service quality. I would advise considering any other provider. I’d rather go without internet than continue with this service.
UPDATE: I had to contact the utility company to remove a line because I received no response from the service. Thankfully, the utility company helped, but I need to switch providers after two instances of waiting over an hour for tech support with no follow-up. I loved this service before the takeover, but now it’s disappointing. After scheduling a technician, they never showed up, and support only offered apologies. Additionally, I'm being bombarded with spam calls now.
The customer service is lacking; in fact, a representative even suggested their competitor. It's ironic since they blamed another provider for service disruptions. After five years, I can no longer recommend this service. They clearly do not care about their customers anymore.
I've been a customer for a while and enjoyed the service, but since the takeover, it's been chaotic. I've waited over 2 hours for tech support and spent 6 hours trying to cancel my service. I do not recommend this provider to anyone. Large companies take over and ruin the experience.
