I bought the $9 supersearch plan, did my fşrst search and it turns out you can't even see the contacts before enriching them. You can't manually add or remove contacts from your lists and you have to use your credits first before you can even see them. I contacted support as I didn't want to use my credits for contacts I didn't want and was told it wasn't possible to see the contatcs beforehand.

It's understandable so far as people will just scrape, but all other tools allow it and not doing so really hurts the customer experience in my opinion.

What's crazy though is that they don't even allow refunds! I asked for a refund within like half an hour of purchasing a plan which I didn't use at all, and şt turns out they have a "no refunds regardless" policy.

Will not be returning.

if there is a 'no star do not use', I would've used it. Its a money-grab. USE CLAY INSTEAD. I haven't even used them yet, but I am hearing good things about them.

I am a small company, my budget for cold emails is about £100 and if you're budget is under £1,000 its not the best use for your money.

They will suck your money to upload leads, send emails, its a glorified scam.

Caution for anyone thinking about this platform.

I strongly caution anyone thinking about this platform. I dedicated months to building email inboxes offered through this service, fostering conversations and connections with real clients. Then, out of nowhere, the inboxes disappeared without any viable solution. There was no warning to help me safeguard my work, and no accountability. The reply I received was basically: "Google did this, there’s nothing we can do." This is unacceptable when you are paying for a service and relying on it for your business communication. Imagine investing 2–3 months setting up inboxes, nurturing them, engaging with clients — only to be told overnight to replace everything and move on. No compensation, no responsibility acknowledged. While the support may be courteous, the business model places all the risk on the customer. If you care about your time, data, and client interactions, think carefully before choosing this platform.

Support is lacking and frustrating.

The support provided is quite poor. Email accounts often disconnect without any warning, leaving you unaware of issues. If you've invested time in setting up campaigns, you won’t realize they’ve halted until you manually check, and by then, it's often too late. Recently, I purchased a subscription and initiated a month-long campaign, expecting everything to proceed without issues. A few weeks later, I logged in to find my campaign paused and my email account disconnected for no apparent reason. Today, my subscription was auto-renewed without any prior notice—just an invoice for the charge. I reached out to support shortly after, but they refused to remove my payment method or provide any refund. There was no flexibility or understanding from their side. I’ve since canceled my subscription without a refund, and I am unable to remove my payment method until next month. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this service.
