This company is fraudulent

This company is a scam. I ordered two fans and received an email stating my order was cancelled due to an error, with a refund promised. When I inquired about it, they claimed they were out of stock. I checked their site early in the morning, and the fans were available at a much higher price. They refused to honor my original purchase. I received misleading emails claiming my order had shipped, but it hadn't. They are very untrustworthy; stay away.

Unsatisfactory customer service

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong size shoes (ordered a size 6, received a size 3). I requested a refund, and while they acknowledged my email, they insisted on sending a replacement instead. Given that my initial order took two weeks to arrive, I declined and reiterated my request for a refund. Now they are refusing to comply with my consumer rights and are only offering a replacement. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Disappointing jacket order

I ordered a jacket that looked great online. First issue – I've been waiting for four weeks for it to arrive. Second – the jacket looks nothing like the picture; I wouldn't pay £5 for it, yet I spent £52! It's of poor quality. Third – I have to pay for the return, which the post office quoted at £32! Please avoid this company.

Long delivery, scam website

I made a large order of almost £400 of christmas presents for my children mid November. The website stated next day postage but almost one month later some still haven't even been shipped. Several emails to customer service asking for updates to get a response saying they will look into the issue with no further communications. Since using this site I've had a call from my bank to say my card details have been stolen and someone has been using them to purchase from other sites!!! DO NOT USE, SCAM.

Don't buy from this Hong Kong company!

Purchased a £57 hooded robe in a rush but received no email that my order would be on its way soon so realised quickly it was a shoddy set-up. Then i looked into the reviews which are shocking. Its my oen fault for not checking them out first. Dont waste your money

DO NOT USE THEM!!I ordered a doll that was advertised as soft fabric. It arrived and it was a horrible plastic mess. It also looked nothing like the images on the website.This is clearly a fraudulent business who are happy to make incorrect claims and use false advertising. They should be shut down.Customer service was a joke without even addressing the issue.

Don't buy from State of Style.

I bought a medium size ladies cashmere sweater that was not only of extremely poor quality it had no details of fibre content, no care instructions, wouldn't have fitted a 10 year old and wasn't cashmere (probably a man made fibre).

Worst online shopping experience

Ordered 2 men boots size 10 for $149 Received size EU41. Contacted State of Style customer service advising the wrong size was sent as men size 10 is EU44. They sent me a women's shoe size chart showing size 10 is EU41. I sent them a message asking for the men's shoe size chart and they insisted that it was incorrectly labelled as women and that it is the chart they use for men. They asked for $25 for replacement for each pair of shoes. After a number of emails and me asking for a refund through PayPal, they offered either a store credit for the full amount or a refund but I pay for shipping. The return address is in Dongguan City, China which will cost $65 shipping via Australia Post and I was not sure how much of they will refund. So I took the store credit. Ordered two women tops and when they arrived they were of the lowest quality I have seen. I would have been able to find much better quality at Kmart for $20. A waste of $150. I do not recommend State of Style to anyone.
