Products are cheap rubbish. Paid $200 for two jackets, saw the quality and tried returning them. Paid another $30 to post the items and it couldn't get delivered to the address they sent me. Loss if $230.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered makeup bags as Christmas gifts at the start of November, but they never arrived. I reached out numerous times and was only advised to check with my post office, which I did without success. They claimed the items were undeliverable to my address, which is simply untrue. A representative from customer service keeps telling me to be patient, yet it's already mid-January. This service feels like a scam—please be cautious.

When I raised this issue, they responded with a patronizing offer of a mere 15% discount, acting as if it was a generous proposal! I don't want the discount; I want the rest of my order! I've requested a full refund, but I'm not hopeful based on the other reviews I've seen. I wish I had checked those beforehand!

The item took two months to arrive and was dirty. They offered a replacement, which I declined since the wait was already too long. They then informed me that the return fee was $30 due to it being shipped from a warehouse abroad. I ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card.
I would give zero stars if possible. This company is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. Products are delayed as they are shipped from overseas, despite their claims of 4-6 day delivery. The quality of the items is appalling. The coat I bought was faulty, and even after sending a video of the issue, they refused to take responsibility and violated their own return policy. The emails I received were just a way to avoid accountability. They provided an incomplete return address and insisted I pay for the return without offering a refund, despite the product being faulty. They claimed items were delivered in good condition, so they wouldn’t refund me. Truly a terrible company—AVOID THEM.
I do not recommend purchasing from this website. Their advertisements are misleading, from shipping times to product quality. I received my shoes after over a month, packed in a soft bag. They ended up being too small (size 39 feels like 37) and had several quality issues. A total waste of time and money.

I ordered two novelty sleeping bags for my granddaughters at a cost of £84. They were not as promised on the website, with poor stitching. One had a small hole on the character's face, and the colors had run onto the zip and other materials. There was no stuffing between the layers. I tried hard to get my money back, but it ended up being a frustrating back-and-forth via email. In the end, I had to keep the sleeping bags as toys with only a 30% refund. Stay far away from this company; they are selling rubbish.
