Review Time
I'm starting my second year with the app and have found the learning modules to be quite beneficial (currently exploring ADHD burnout). The co-working and focus group sessions are my favorite aspects. Body doubling has been particularly helpful for me, and I appreciate having a facilitator to keep us motivated, provide suggestions, and share resources. Other group members have shared useful tips I hadn't tried before. It's great to be part of a community that understands my struggles. Thank you for this experience!
After receiving a late diagnosis, I signed up for the free trial on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. The modules have really helped me understand myself better, and I've gained practical tools to manage my unique thought processes. The co-working sessions have significantly boosted my productivity and focus.
I never used this service after the free trial, and after forgetting to cancel, I was charged for a whole year. A year later, I was charged again without any reminders, which is unacceptable for those managing ADHD. There’s no contact number, and I haven't received any replies to my emails, making it impossible to get a refund within the legal timeframe.
My experience has been very disappointing. I have ADHD, which already affects my daily life significantly. After being targeted by ads, I signed up for the trial, but forgot about it and was charged £89.99 without ever using the app. It's frustrating, especially for a company that markets to individuals with disabilities. I’ve stopped signing up for trials due to this behavior, but I was drawn in by the messaging that claimed to understand ADHD.
I will update my review if the situation improves. I did a 7-day free trial, and there were assurances about reminders for ADHD users regarding cancellation. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any, and now I'm £90 out of pocket. I've reached out via email, which seems to be their only communication method. If resolved, I will provide an update.
I explored the app and thought I unsubscribed immediately after the free trial, but I was charged for three months before I noticed and requested a refund. The service does not provide confirmation of subscriptions, and they just deduct money monthly. They refunded one month but stated they don't refund beyond 28 days. Be cautious; this seems more about profit than genuinely assisting those with ADHD.
I have really enjoyed my time with the service. My only complaint is that I wish we could revisit our modules. I've completed almost all of them and would like to go back for better note-taking. I highly recommend joining the co-working sessions; the facilitators create a great environment.
