Review Time
I bought a cherry tree for around £40 + postage (£10), in 2024, planted it, but it didn't grow or produce any leaves. I wrote to complain. They offered to replace it but I had to pay postage again. The replacement arrived and the same thing happened no growth and no leaves, so I just gave up and bought one from a local garden centre. Won't use Sutton's again.
We operate a Community Garden so any saving in the cost of seeds is a bonus
Unfortunately with our first order the packaging got damaged in transit and one pack of leek tape was lost but nevertheless happy with the service
My holly plant arrived broken after a delay of 3 days by Yodel. The main growing shoot was broken off completely. The parcel had been due on Friday 19th but it seemed the driver stopped delivering 2 stops before ours and despite asking for the next day for delivery after this happened , the parcel was finally delivered on Monday 22nd
