Ordered a size 12 which was enormous so returned item immediately and requested a size 8. This was delivered straight away and I received it on 3.10.25. It fits perfectly. I was very impressed with the speed of my requests, both for the wrong size and the right size.

Phoned on Saturday with a query about coat sizings. They went and got an item from stock and took some measurements. I ordered online later that day. Despatched Sunday. Arrived Tuesday. Great service.The coat was £70 cheaper than other retailers.
