If you are ordering an Adax bag to the United States, be prepared for very high import tariffs — around 60% of the bag’s price. Although Adax is marketed as a Danish/European brand, the bag I received was manufactured in India, which triggered U.S. Section 301 tariffs. These charges were not clearly disclosed at checkout, and the duty bill came as a surprise after shipping.

The bag itself is nice, but the unexpected tariff completely changes the final cost and value proposition. A bag that seems reasonably priced can quickly become extremely expensive once duties are added.

Worst after sales customer service ever

Second incident with them. This time, the transport company they work with decided to leave my order in a parcel shop 64km far away from where it should have been left. I contacted Adax customer service, and the only thing they told me is: that the transport company maybe decided to leave it there because the other Parcel shop was full, and that I SHOULD GET IN CONTACT with the transport company, because they can't do anything! Excuse me??? How am I supposed to get to a destination which is 64km far away and who is going to pay me the costs?!!!!In other words:that they don't care.I don't recommend buying on their web, because in case of any complication, caused by them or their transport company, you are left on your own.

Ndax removed SEND botton.

Ndax removed send botton out of their platform, so one can only sell their crypto in Ndax. One CAN NOT TRANSFER IT TO COLD WALLET OR ANOTHER PLATFORM. that was done without any notification.If you are looking for prompt customer service DON’T USE NDAX.

Disappointed with quality and customer service

I purchased the Addy Latte handbag from Adax Bags and I’m thoroughly disappointed. The bag has a dreadful chemical smell that hasn’t faded, even after weeks of airing. The quality is substandard — after just a month, it looks worn and cheap.I raised a complaint, but was told nothing could be done as the 14-day return period had passed. Very poor service. I won’t be shopping with Adax again and wouldn’t recommend them.

Amazing costumer service work

I would like to shear my resent expierence with Adax costumer service. I had some issues on sale so I emailed them. Got the answear to my email the next day. The problem was solved in 24 hours. In 3 days bag was already in front of my door in Stockholm. It is very rare that you expierence such a great costumer service. AMAZING. The bag arrived extreamly well packed and is beautiful! The quality ir amazing. Definetelly going to order again, because my expierence got me a trust in the company itself. The only one thing which Adax should think about is the dust bag which was like 2 times smaller then bag itself.Recommended.

Unfortunately not happy

Wish I have read the reviews earlier, but I guess I was too influenced by the influencers that I follow on Instagram lol. I ordered two bags: the portofino shoulder Lotte in black and Rozanno Marlin braided chocolate. When I received my order I checked the bags and at first it looked good, but here’s the thing: Once I went outside with it (and the light outside is obvious more clear, maybe bad lighting in my house idk?) I saw the bag had multiple damages. I have to say. It is disappointing.. you can tell either it has been used or I got a sample or whatever.. i have kept the bag in my closet untill yesterday to use. Hope the store reach to me for a solution, cause I don’t really know what to do and from what I am seeing I’m not willing to pay a return fee.

I’ve ordered 3 bags within this week from Adax webshop. The bags are so cute, prices are affordable and they delivered products in only 1 day(I live in Denmark). What’s not to like? 🥰

The customer service was so…

The customer service was so disappointing. They cancelled my order after I paid already with no explanation while I was the one who contacted them to ask about my order details. Also they denied that I paid while I show them screenshots of the email approval .
