Zoe was an amazing help with customer service. I love my new coloring book but had issues with one of the markers being dried out/lid was loose at shipment. Zoe responded immediately, gave suggestions, and when those didn’t work, she fixed the problem. This is the best product that I’ve ever bought off of Facebook ads and I will continue to be an active customer. Thank you!!!
I messed up my order details, causing the package to get sent back to Still & Slow. I emailed customer support and got a response quickly and they were able to get everything sorted out. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got responses and how nice the person was.
The product I received had some misprinted pages. I reached out to customer service to let them know. Zoe got back to me within 24 hours. She shipped out a replacement to me right away and was very kind and professional in her email. I would have been exceptionally happy with the original product, outside of the few misprinted pages. I will be a repeat customer.
The experience of using the book is so satisfying and calming. Delivery was on the faster side. Zoe from customer service was amazing with her quick response time and easy problem solving. I've already brought a second set for family!
They advertise 100% satisfaction with no questions asked. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told no refund if book was used (i used an ink and paper bled through 2 pages) I quoted their website and they continued to ask questions and refused refund. False advertising. They are also a Chinese company disguised. Took over a month to get delivered
