Review Time
This company has atrocious customer service. I neurodivergent and also physically disabled. I place my order properly but made a single-letter typo in my email. Fortunately I can still track in Shop App but I’ve literally begged for help for days now and they don’t reply.They target an emotionally vulnerable people and then create anxiety rather than relieve it. CONTACT ME!! THIS COULD BE RESOLVED IN A SECOND IF YOU WOULD BOTHER TO REPLY.
UPDATE: After I posted this review I finally received an email reply on Sept 5. I was sent a replacement order on Sept 11 and I finally received my order on Sept 22, 2 months after my original purchase. I'm glad to have the items and that my issue was resolved finally. The coloring book is of nice quality but most of the coloring pages inside have almost zero margin towards the center binding which causes some trouble when trying to color.---Original post: I placed an order in late July, which stated it was shipped July 22. No tracking updates since July 30. I contacted the company via email on Aug 21 and it is now Sept 4 with no response or delivery of order. I have reached out again via email since it has been 2 weeks since I originally emailed to inquire. I will be forced to place a chargeback with my bank if I continue to not hear from them or receive my order.
Wow I love their mono color books so much, they are so fun and calming and absolutely lovely to do, what a lovely idea. I hope they come out with more such as fairy tales from all over the world, places around the world and cultural holidays too.
I receive pack of black pen. Two if Them wasn't Working well after only two drawing. I sens an email and realy quickly I receive a response from Zoe. She gave me aimé advice since the marquer are water based. Even after Truong hier advice the pen wasn't Working. I sens hier a picture and right away she ordered me two knew set of pen for free. I never expérience such a good custumer service from an online compagnie. Realy appreciate my experience!!!! Thanks again Zoe!
I was shipped 2 of the same books and did not receive the one that I was anticipating the most. Zoe shipped the missing book immediately. The incorrect book is not a big deal in the scheme of life, but it meant a lot to me at this time. Thank you Zoe!!!
Zoé helped me right away when I was commenting on someone's Facebook post. Our orders both had 3 markers and 2 were quite dry. I was messaged right away and sent 3 new ones!! Amazing customer service and the absolute best coloring books I've ever had!!
Wow! Just wow! I received my colouring book and it was a bit damaged from the shipping. I contacted Zoé who assured me that a replacement had already been shipped.I love this book. I always have it beside me so I can colour whenever I want. It’s so much better than the apps that I have because it doesn’t damage my eyesight at all! I also really like the fact that it’s only one colour so I don’t have to think about finding the correct colour. What a great idea! Thank you so much Zoé!
