Review Time
We have had the lift (Trio) for over 2 years now, and it has been very reliable in use. My wife finds it so much easier than a stairlift for getting up- and down-stairs. A minor drawback is that there is not much clearance to get the wheelchair through the doorframe. The lift is also perfect for moving heavy objects (e.g. suitcases, vacuum cleaners) between floors.
We arranged for 2 Stiltz Lifts to be installed in our home and we have not regretted that decision in the least. Ours is a 4 Storey house … so lots of stairs to climb. But not anymore!! We do still use the stairs as excellent daily cardio exercise BUT no more problems with weighty items … when bringing in the weekly shopping or moving heavy items from downstairs to upstairs of from upstairs to the lower floors. The lifts are excellently constructed and run smoothly. A year after being installed (recently.) an engineer came to service them as per the Contract. Wonderful workmanship , excellent installers, GREAT product, really helpful Staff, Engineers & Installers

My Stiltz lift is so important to my general well being and ability to go upstairs. I recommend anyone who has mobility issues to consider ( if you have the space) these lifts. This is my second lift at two different properties. It has made such a difference. Service is great and costs are low(ish).All in all it has been a worthwhile purchase
My lift has allowed us to stay in our home rather than either moving or extending our home. Aesthetically I believe that the Stiltz lift is better looking than rivals; some that look too basic and straight from the NHS stock pile. The fitting was simple, clean and quick. I took advantage of the 3 year interest free payment offer, which comes to an end this year. The only down side I can say is the expensive yearly service plan. I decided not to opt for the service plan.
STILTZ installed a lift into our home in order to make life easier for my disabled wife. All my dealing with STILTZ to date has been excellent and the lift itself transformed the way my wife could make full use of our house. We put a Stiltz lift to future proof a new build. Currently it doesn't get much use but it's an upside down house so it is useful for moving shopping etc too! The lift has a small footprint and works well enough so was a great buy. It's not the fastest but quick enough. One thing that surprised me is the user has to keep a finger on the up or down button otherwise it just stops. It doesn't just go to the next floor. I guess this is a safety device. The other thing is we have grandchildren and I wanted to disable it so they couldn't use it. It has a key but when you remove it an alarm sounds. So I can't deactivate it. Having said that so far it hasn't been a problem. Happy so far.
Having had our Stiltz Duo Lift now for over a year, we can say that after being used several times a day, it has given fault free operation. The 12 month service was carried out efficiently and courteously at a time to suit us.We would certainly not want to be without it and so have no hesitation in recommending Stiltz Home Lifts.
