This website/ merchant is a scam. Do not order or pay on StitchSpares.com. Yes, the website looks neat and updated, but they do not send the goods after payment. In fact, they are completely unresponsive once the order is placed. I saw multiple comments and still foolishly tried my luck. Do not try it yourself. Every comment seems true. They take the money and do not send you the merchandise. Fortunately, i paid using a CC, and will be disputing the charge.UPDATE: They tried to scam me further. Almost a month after placing my order, they called me and said they are shipping the items later that day. Many weeks have passed, and nothing has been shipped. So that was again, just lies. Probably in an effort to stall any actions the customer might take to get a refund.

Still waiting for refund ! Now no response or reply form website at all .
