Their website is easy to use. I couldn't decide between two different frames so I ordered both of them. The return of the one frame was easy with no complications. The frames are exactly the way they looked on the site. And I'm very happy with them.
This was the easiest site I ever tried. You made the ordering a breeze and you really did a great job. I absolutely love my glasses and will be back if/when the Rx changes. Your Customer Service people were a delight to work with as well.
Progressive trifocals are the worst glasses ever. Why do they make them with limited field of vision? God gave us peripheral vision to use. When I drive I just can't switch my eyes to the driver's side review mirror, I have to turn my head and readjust focus. Looking at the floor is distorted unless my nose is directly down. What an insane idea to not have the full lense the prescription. It's a money making scam. If we pay more for full surface lenses then we can see? Full lense vision should be standard. There's no brain adjustment, we just in learn to turn our head instead looking out of the corners of our eyes. How much detail is lost? Can't even read a street sign or the license plate of the car beside me. Or spread 4 pages of paper side by side and see all of them . Horrible design and useless. I see better without them
The glasses fit wonderful easy to add the information and their automated system generally with the picture of your current classes online can figure out the actual bridge size for your nose. I rated a four star instead of five primarily because interacting with the customer service experience via email slash cell phone support is a nightmare. You can call and if you get someone on the line like Damon he's very helpful But my whole point is when somebody emails you to verify everything is correct or hypothetically there's an error tied to your prescription that let's say hypothetically changed.They email you but the problem is when you try to respond back the Outlook account refuses to actually send so there's an error. I found out the way to fix this is by basically tying the phone number of the company with your cell phone add it to your iPhone or Android account then text message them directly this seems to fix it and triggers an automated response to your email saying your information was updated however when I was trying to email a response with the reply line like the email says it rejects it. It's a nightmare because you can't respond to emails for whatever reason it's better to just text message them directly and that's something they should highlight in the process.
