Scam scam scam buyer beware. No telephone contact and if you find a number they are clueless and do not recognise their order so called order number. I paid and received no goods. I understand they were struck off almost a year ago. I’m still trying to recover my money.

I can’t speak highly enough of The Builders Merchant Group. We have ordered from them for a few sites now, and every delivery experience has been so smooth and efficient. Their customer service team clearly knows how to handle logistics, because the feedback I get from the boys on our different sites, tell me their deliveries are always on the said day, unlike our previous supplier. we get a notification that our order has been dispatched, and they boys even get a notification that their delivery is on its way and will be delivered within the next hour, so they are prepare for the delivery. With this level of service, the boys now know they can plan their days works with our different trades people well in advance without any hold ups. Also their timbers and sheet etc are top quality and their prices are great considering the quality. We place the orders, knowing its now in their more than capable hands, therefore making the whole experience for us soo soo easy to purchase from them.I don't normally write reviews, but credit where credit is due, because they deliver excellence every single time."Seriously, If you want a dependable, professional supplier, this 100% is the company to use!"
Purchased goods from this company and they weren't delivered. Tried to contact them on the telephone and by email with no reply on either. The 5 star reviews above were put here by the company owner.Records for this company:- 15421891 on Government website Companies House indicate that the company has been dissolved. BUYER BEWARE - YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS.Ordered 27th July email confirmation 28th July. Emailed 1 and 5 August no reply. Read these reviews and also checked Companies House. Company has been compulsory struck off 1 July.No response to emails and no goods delivered. Website still live. DO NOT USE.
We ordered fence panels june 6th which were paid for and should have been delivered early the following week. No delivery, no response to emails sent. At least 2 emails have been sent with no response which now leads me to believe we have been scammed. If this is the case then I would urge people to double check before paying for anything from this company if indeed they exist.
If I could give 0 stars I would.Do not touch this company with a barge pole.My husband was convinced by this company's website. He ordered wood that wasn't delivered. Sent numerous emails and tried to phone too. Surprise, surprise telephone number was unavailable. Be warned.
